Bridgehouse Studio is the next chapter of Annabode Interior Design. While our name has evolved, our team, values, and commitment to thoughtful design remain unchanged.
Absolutely. Bridgehouse Studio is the same studio, now with a new name. Our rebrand reflects the growth of our team and a clearer expression of who we are today, while staying true to the thoughtful design, personal relationships, and integrity that have always been at the heart of our work.
Our studio is located at 1076 S. Gaylord Street in Denver, Colorado. We primarily serve clients throughout the Denver and Boulder metro areas while also accepting select projects across the country.
The studio is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. MT by appointment only.
Working with us is intentionally easy. As a full-service interior design firm, we manage every detail—from initial planning to final installation—so you don’t have to. We handle the complexities of design and renovation with clarity and care, allowing you to simply enjoy the process. If you’re not quite ready for a full project, we also offer ȧ la carte consultations—ideal for refining selections or getting an expert opinion on your space.
Our start dates vary based on our current project schedule. We recommend scheduling your Discovery Call as soon as you're ready to begin so we can learn more about your project and discuss timing. If we're a good fit, we'll reserve your place in our design calendar.
Every project is unique, but most take between 9 and 18 months from the start of design through final installation.
The design phase typically lasts about 4 months, followed by construction and installation. Overall timing depends on the scope of your project, contractor availability, product lead times, and how quickly key decisions are made.
Throughout the process, we'll guide you every step of the way—coordinating with your contractor, managing details behind the scenes, and keeping your project moving forward with clarity and care.
For renovation and construction projects, yes—a qualified general contractor is an essential part of the team. If you don't already have one, we're happy to recommend trusted contractors and trades we've worked with and help you find the right fit for your project.
While you hire your contractor directly, we work closely with them throughout the project to answer questions, coordinate design details, and help keep everything moving smoothly.
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with a vision for their home but don't yet know what it will take to bring it to life. One of the most valuable parts of our process is helping you gain the information and clarity needed to understand the investment required to achieve your goals.
As the design takes shape, we work with your contractor to obtain detailed pricing based on the scope and selections we've developed together. From there, we'll guide you through the options, helping you prioritize where to invest, where to simplify, and how to make thoughtful decisions that align with your vision, priorities, and budget.
We partner with a carefully curated network of to-the-trade vendors, artisans, makers, and vintage sources—many of them local to Colorado. Whenever possible, we prioritize natural materials, exceptional craftsmanship, and thoughtfully made pieces that are built to last.
While we occasionally source from well-known retail brands, much of what we specify comes from trade-only resources and vintage finds, allowing us to create homes that feel unique, layered, and deeply personal.
Our pricing reflects the expertise, care, and responsibility that comes with thoughtfully specifying furnishings and materials for your home. Every piece is carefully evaluated for its quality, craftsmanship, durability, and suitability, and we stand behind the products we recommend—working with vendors to resolve issues such as damages or defects should they arise.
Because we source from a mix of trade-only vendors, custom makers, vintage dealers, and retail partners, pricing varies by product. We also have access to exclusive trade resources and pricing unavailable to the general public. Whenever a published retail price exists, we do not price above it.
Our procurement fee, outlined separately in your proposal, covers purchasing, tracking, receiving, coordinating deliveries, and managing the many details that bring your home together.
Rather than overwhelming you with endless choices, we thoughtfully curate the strongest recommendations based on your goals, lifestyle, aesthetic, and budget. Our role is to do the research, narrow the options, and present the solution we believe is the best fit for your home.
If refinements are needed, we'll continue to explore options together until the design feels just right.
